Add your staff so they can help manage properties, guests, and bookings.
- Go to Settings → Team and add the person's email and role (see Roles and permissions).
- HostIQ generates a one-time secret code. Share it with your teammate privately — for security, it's never emailed.
- Your teammate opens the Activate page, enters the secret code and an emailed verification code, then sets their own password.
Team management is available on Professional and Enterprise plans, and the number of members you can add depends on your plan.
