- Yes. Guests pay deposits and balances by MoMo or card on your booking website and through payment links you send by SMS or WhatsApp. The money settles automatically to your payout account.
- There are no per-booking fees on the bookings you take. When guests pay online through HostIQ, a 5% fee applies to those payments (3% on room orders), and HostIQ covers Paystack's own charges, so what's left goes straight to your account.
- Yes. Support availability varies depending on plan level.
- Yes. HostIQ uses enterprise-grade security standards for authentication, tenancy isolation, and infrastructure.
- Yes. Revenue control, the Action Center, Approval Center, payment reconciliation, room-ready gates, your booking website and online payments are part of the platform license on Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.
