You're live within 24 hours of your onboarding call. The call is 30 minutes. We do the configuration and import your existing guest and property data; you do nothing technical.

No. HostIQ runs in your browser on your phone or laptop. Nothing to download, nothing to maintain. Log in and everything's there. If you like, add it to your phone's home screen or install it on your computer and it opens like an app.

Yes. On Professional and Enterprise, HostIQ syncs calendars both ways with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, so a night booked on one channel is blocked on the others, and it warns you about a possible double booking. The sync covers dates and availability; prices and guest messages stay on each platform.

Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. Put a QR code in each room; guests scan it to order from your bar menu, orders go straight to your staff, and guests can pay online or charge it to the room. The same works for QR codes at your pool, cabanas or gym.

Yes. The same QR code guests use to order also has a Report a problem button. They describe the issue and can add a photo, and it lands on your Guest Complaints page for the front desk, managers and owner. From there you can turn it into a cleaning or maintenance task, or escalate it to a claim with the photo kept as evidence. Guest complaints are on Professional and Enterprise.

You can upgrade at any time and we prorate the difference. Grow from a handful of properties to a larger portfolio and we move you to the right plan on your next renewal cycle, with no service interruption and no data migration on your end.

Yes. Guests pay by MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or card on your booking website, through payment links, or for room orders, powered by Paystack and settled in cedis straight to your payout account.

Yes. When a guest orders from the room QR, MoMo comes first, card is one tap away, and a Cash button lets them pay your staff when the order arrives. Every order gets a short order number and an on-screen receipt, and a guest can send the bill to someone else to pay. Room orders and the bar point-of-sale are on Professional and Enterprise.

Simple, transparent pricing in GHS: one setup fee plus one annual subscription, with no hidden fees and no per-booking fees on the bookings you take. When guests pay online through HostIQ, a 5% fee applies to those payments (3% on room orders), and HostIQ covers Paystack's own charges. No hidden fees. You pay your setup fee once and your subscription once a year, and there are no per-booking fees on the bookings you take. Yes. You can settle your HostIQ subscription the same way your guests pay you: mobile money or card, in Cedi.

Revenue at Risk is confirmed unpaid balance on active bookings: money you should have collected but haven't yet. Unreconciled payments are flagged as potential leakage until matched. Occupancy gaps and F&B variance are informational signals, not confirmed loss.

Refunds, discounts above your policy threshold, and certain expenses can be routed to the Approval Center. Managers approve from the staff app; owners see a pending inbox in the owner portal on Enterprise plans.

Accountants land on payment reconciliation: inbound payments to match, split, or ignore against bookings. They also access expenses, revenue reports, and the financial dashboard, without front-desk booking screens they don't need.

HostIQ was built from scratch for Accra, not translated for it. GTA compliance tracking, generator/power cost tracking, MoMo payments, Ghana Card ID capture, and GHS pricing are in from day one. Global tools don't do any of that, because they weren't built where you host.
