Referral Qualification
A referral generally qualifies when:
- You introduce a new prospect to HostIQ.
- The prospect is not already a HostIQ customer.
- The prospect is not already in an active HostIQ sales process.
- Your introduction can reasonably be attributed to the opportunity.
- The prospect signs a HostIQ agreement.
- HostIQ receives the applicable setup / implementation payment.
Commission
20% of the setup / implementation fee actually received by HostIQ.
Excluded from commission
The following are not included in the 20% calculation:
- Annual license fees
- Monthly subscription fees
- Recurring software fees
- Renewal fees
- Third-party costs
- Taxes
- Other fees not explicitly classified as setup / implementation
