Referral Qualification
A referral generally qualifies when:
- You introduce a new prospect to HostIQ.
- The prospect agreed to be introduced to HostIQ before you shared their details.
- The prospect is not already a HostIQ customer.
- The prospect is not already in an active HostIQ sales process.
- Your introduction can reasonably be attributed to the opportunity.
- The prospect signs a HostIQ agreement within 90 days of HostIQ confirming your referral.
- HostIQ receives the applicable setup / implementation payment.
Commission
20% of the setup / implementation fee actually received by HostIQ.
Excluded from commission
The following are not included in the 20% calculation:
- Annual license fees
- Monthly subscription fees
- Recurring software fees
- Renewal fees
- Third-party costs
- Taxes
- Other fees not explicitly classified as setup / implementation

- Within 14 days of the referred client's setup / implementation payment clearing, once any refund period has passed, subject to the Referral Partner Terms.
- By Mobile Money or bank transfer, whichever you prefer. Before your first payment we ask for your full legal name (or registered business details), Ghana Card number and payout details.
- Within 2 business days of your submission we confirm by email whether the referral is accepted and attributed to you, or whether the business is already a customer or active lead. An accepted referral stays yours for 90 days from that confirmation.
- Yes. You can find prospects through public business channels, as long as the business agrees to be introduced to HostIQ before you share their contact details with us. Don't present yourself as HostIQ or quote prices; our team handles that.
- Yes. There is no need to limit yourself to one referral.
- Yes. Personal and professional relationships can both qualify, provided the prospect meets the referral criteria and has agreed to be introduced.
- HostIQ will recognize the first qualifying, documented referral or determine attribution based on the available evidence.
- If the prospect is already an active HostIQ sales opportunity before your referral, the referral may not qualify.
- No. There is no upfront fee to participate in the referral program.
- Yes. Agencies, consultants, property firms and other organizations can participate subject to HostIQ's partner terms.
