Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HostIQ, you agree to comply with these terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Use the platform lawfully
- Avoid unauthorized access attempts
- Comply with applicable regulations
Subscription & Billing
- Subscription fees are billed according to selected plans
- Fees may change with notice
- Failure to pay may affect account access
Account Deletion & Termination
- The account owner may delete the organization at any time; staff members may delete their own accounts
- Deleting the organization forfeits any remaining subscription term, and no refund is provided for unused time
- Deletion requests can be cancelled within 14 days by logging back in; after the 14-day window, deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Before requesting deletion, the account owner is responsible for exporting any data the organization wishes to keep; an in-app export is offered for this purpose
Intellectual Property
HostIQ and its content, software, branding, and technology remain the property of HostIQ.
Limitation of Liability
HostIQ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
