Adding your first property

Properties are the listings you manage in HostIQ. Add one to start tracking bookings, guests, and tasks against it.

1. Go to Properties → Add property.
2. Enter the property name, address, and type (apartment, house, room, or another unit type).
3. Add key details: number of bedrooms, maximum guests, and check-in / check-out times.
4. Save. You can now attach bookings and guests to this property.
