Organizing multiple properties

If you manage several listings, a little organization keeps things fast.

  • Use clear, consistent names, e.g. “East Legon 2BR — Unit A”.
  • Search or filter your property list to find a listing quickly.
  • Archive properties you no longer manage — rather than deleting them — so their past bookings and guest records stay intact and your active list stays clean.
Your plan sets how many active rental units you can run at once. Archiving frees up a slot without losing history.
