Setting your notification preferences

Choose what HostIQ notifies you about and how, so you catch what matters without the noise.

1. Go to Settings → Notifications.
2. Toggle the events you want to hear about — such as new bookings, cancellations, and payments.
3. Choose a channel: in-app and email are available on every plan; SMS is available on Professional and Enterprise.
4. Save your preferences — they apply to your account only, so each team member sets their own.
