Adding and managing guest records

A guest record stores everything about a person who stays at your properties — contact details, booking history, and notes.

  • Go to Guests → Add guest — or let HostIQ create a record automatically when you log a booking.
  • Enter the guest's name and contact details (phone, email).
  • Add notes such as preferences or special requests.
  • Open any guest to see their full history across all your properties.
