HostIQ is billed as a one-time setup fee plus an annual subscription in Ghana Cedis. There's no charge on bookings you record yourself; only payments guests make online through HostIQ carry a small fee (see Getting paid online). Your plan determines how many active rental units and team members you can manage, and which features are unlocked.
- Starter: for smaller portfolios of up to 6 active rental units.
- Professional: up to 15 units, and adds team management, workflow automation, SMS notifications, and the bar / F&B point-of-sale with in-room QR ordering.
- Enterprise: for larger portfolios, and adds API access, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager.
