HostIQ collects your setup fee and annual subscription through Paystack, our secure payment provider.
- Go to Settings → Billing to see amounts due and your renewal date.
- When it's time to pay or renew, you'll be taken to a secure Paystack checkout.
- Pay by card or Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo) — whichever you prefer.
Your card and Mobile Money details are handled entirely by Paystack. HostIQ never sees or stores your full card number.
Keeping your subscription current means your service isn't interrupted. If a payment fails, you can retry from Settings → Billing.
