Keep your personal details and login secure.
- Update your name, email, or profile photo under Settings → Profile.
- Change your password under Settings → Security — you'll need your current password to set a new one.
- Forgot your password? Choose “Forgot password?” on the login screen. HostIQ emails you an 8-digit reset code; enter it, then set a new password.
HostIQ verifies your email at sign-up and for password resets. App-based two-factor authentication isn't available yet.
